Seguros Múltiples is a free Android application developed by Cooperativa de Seguros Multiples that offers comprehensive insurance services to its clients in Puerto Rico. With this app, users can pay their policies using their debit accounts or credit cards (VISA, MC, or AMEX). They can also access and download their documents, view their insured cars or properties in detail, and receive guidance about the company's products.
One of the unique features of this app is its virtual card that presents the user's registered personal information. Users can also request assistance in travel, road, or home emergencies, with access to a direct line to receive immediate service. Furthermore, clients can create and consult claims, choose a participating workshop, or schedule appointments at any of the company's branches. They can even upload photos and documents related to their claims.
The app also includes a map locator to identify the company's offices, participating workshops, and service centers. Users can contact TeleSeguros Múltiples or send an email for further assistance. Even non-clients can submit a loss notification without registration. However, they must register on the company's website and give consent to receive digital documents to access all the app's features.
